We'll work out what refunds need to be made based on the selections below.
If you indicate you could attend a November fair, any surplus fees will be transferred to that.
If not, we will refund for that day and you can apply for November only later, if we manage to get the extra day happening or if you change your mind.
Some bank and/or admin fees may be subtracted from any refunds.
Refunds will either be deposited to the bank account we received the payment from, or credited to the credit card used to pay.
Credit card and PoliPay transactions will have the transaction fees deducted, as we can't get that back from the processing agencies.

Each year, we rely on proceeds from the Martinborough Fair to drive our community and youth support programmes.
Around $100,000 is given away each year in community-led initiatives, school bursaries, youth programmes and environmental and South Pacific support.
