Kia ora! I'm Heather. I create beautiful hand-dyed yarn from my small studio in Te Awakairangi/Lower Hutt. My yarns are ethically and sustainably sourced and I operate my business with the utmost care and respect for people and our environment in everything I do.
I love creating rich, earthy colourways on finest quality yarns for knitters, crocheters and weavers to work with. My yarn can be bought online or in person when in stock or you can pre-order with me (yarn is dyed to order). Hand-dyed, handwoven scarves can also be made to order or purchased when in stock. Please contact me for any custom / bespoke orders.
You can peruse and buy here and you can follow me on Insta or Facebook here.
I'm a dyer, weaver and knitter constantly learning more about these arts from the amazing people involved in the fibre arts community in Aotearoa and beyond. I hope to meet you at Martinborough Fair or at other events I am trading at this year - Covid fingers crossed!! If not in person, then online, it will be lovely to meet you and chat about all things colour and yarn.
Ngā mihi maioha,
Heather
